Step 01 — Paste URL

Paste a URL. That’s all we need.

Paste your product URL — that is the whole setup. Opus reads the page, works out who it is for and what those people complain about, then writes the search conditions itself: 12 of them for Tessero, in minutes.

  • No keyword lists to build or maintain
  • You can review and edit every condition before the scan starts

“Freelance designers juggling 3+ clients who track projects in Slatepad or spreadsheets.”

Step 02 — Scan socials

We read the public timeline. Nothing else.

We scan at least 500 public posts on X per run. Public posts only — we never read DMs, private accounts or anything behind a login. The whole run — scan, scoring, report — typically finishes in about 10 minutes.

  • Public posts only — every candidate links back to the original post
  • 0 messages sent on your behalf

“Lost a client’s feedback in a 200-message email thread again. There has to be a better way to run a 1-person studio.”

Cloverbook just raised prices again. $39/mo to send invoices and track 4 clients is insane. What are you all using?

Switched from spreadsheets to Ondaro for client work and it’s already too much. Want something in between.

Step 03 — Score posts

Every single post, scored.

Every post the scan brings back is scored against your conditions — all of them, not a sample. The noise sinks; only the promising ones surface.

  • Score 60–100 is promising and shown first
  • Below 35 we leave it out entirely

“Ondaro has been sitting half-configured for three weeks. I just want to send an invoice and move on.”

Step 04 — Find people

The post, the score, and the why — on every single candidate.

You do not get a name and a guess. Every candidate arrives with the original post and the reason we picked them, written out — so you can read both and judge for yourself.

  • Why we picked them, written out on every candidate
  • You decide whether and how to act — auto-posting does not exist

WHY WE PICKED THEM

Direct pricing complaint about a competitor and actively asking for alternatives — a buying-intent signal, not a vague gripe. Names a 4-client workload, which matches the ICP.

Candidate counts are estimates based on typical results — not a guarantee. One product URL per report. Larger plans come after the beta.

Questions, answered plainly.

How soon do I get my report?
Typically about 10 minutes. The run starts the moment your payment clears and your URL is in — scan, scoring, and report, end to end. When your audience is very active the scan digs deeper and takes longer, but you will not be waiting days. Your report opens in the app and lands in your inbox the moment it is done.
Are these real people?
Yes. Every candidate links straight back to the live post on X. We never invent a name — if we can’t link it, it doesn’t go in your report.
How is this different from a lead list?
A lead list gives you companies and job titles. WarmList gives you individuals and the public post that shows they have the problem right now — with the date and a link to the original. You are not guessing whether they care; you can read them saying it.
Do you post, reply or DM for me?
No. Auto-posting is not a setting we offer — it does not exist to turn on. WarmList sends 0 messages on your behalf. Each candidate comes with the original post and the reason we picked them, and you decide whether and how to act.
Do I need to pick keywords?
No. You paste your product URL and Opus derives the search conditions itself — 12 of them for tessero.example.com. You can review and adjust them before the first scan, but nothing is required from you to get started.
How many candidates will I get?
It depends on how much your audience posts. On the beta plan a typical cycle surfaces 12–15 candidates. That is an estimate, not a guarantee — we would rather send you a short honest list than pad it.
What happens to the candidates who nearly qualified?
You see them. Anything scoring 3559 appears in Near miss with the exact condition it failed, such as Missing: Multiple-client workload signal. Below 35 we leave it out entirely rather than waste your time.
How many posts do you actually scan?
At least 500 public posts per run — that is the floor we stand behind, not a typical figure. The scan keeps going past it when your audience is active; every candidate in the report is picked from that pool.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. $9 is a one-time purchase — one payment, one report, and it simply ends. No subscription starts unless you choose to run another scan. Our refund policy lives in the Terms.
